• Processing benefits in kind and completing P11D/P11D(b) Employee/ Employer expenses and benefits return;
• A detailed payslip for each employee which can be emailed directly to them as well as you;
• Summary reports that are easy-to-read and tailored to your needs emailed directly to you;
• Cash breakdown, cheque list or BACS report, if required;
• Processing CIS payroll scheme submissions;
• Hard copy payslips posted to you, if required;
• RTI (real time information) reporting to HMRC for every payroll run, including full payment submission (FPS) and where required employer payment summary (EPS);
• A monthly or quarterly remittance report detailing Tax and NIC amounts to be paid to HMRC and when payment is due;
• Processing starters and leavers during the tax year and reporting through RTI;
• Processing P45 and P46 information during the tax year reporting through RTI;
• If you choose us to be your Agent, we will deal with HMRC on payroll matters;
• Completing your end of year submissions and generating P60’s.
